Barbados Barbados is sizzling up this November, as the famous Barbados Food & Wine and Rum Festival makes a return for its sixth year. At a recent press event, William Griffith, CEO of the Barbados Tourism Marketing, Inc., announced they intend to "shake things up" in honor of their sixth year.
